Curefoods Plans ₹800 Crore IPO to Expand Cloud Kitchen Dominance
Indian cloud kitchen operator Curefoods has filed for an ₹800 crore ($96 million) initial public offering, combining fresh equity with an offer for sale of 4.85 crore shares. The Bengaluru-based company operates 502 food service locations across 70 cities, including 281 cloud kitchens that leverage five centralized facilities capable of producing 100,000 meals daily.
Revenue grew 27% to ₹746 crore in the last fiscal year, driven by an asset-light model that houses multiple brands under single kitchens. Founder Ankit Nagori emphasizes the infrastructure's scalability, allowing rapid market expansion while maintaining operational efficiency across brands like EatFit, CakeZone, and Krispy Kreme's India franchise.
